What we offer
We can provide emergency food and practical support to people who have been left without enough money to live on.
We partner with a wide range of community organisations who can give you a food bank voucher to access emergency food at Chichester District Foodbank.
How we can help
Giving you an emergency food parcel.
We can give you an emergency food parcel that will provide a balanced diet for three days for each person in your household. Food parcels can include other essentials such as toiletries, feminine hygiene items, nappies, baby food, washing powder and pet food.
We have no-cook food parcels if you are struggling to pay your fuel bills and can make up food parcels for specific dietary requirements.
We have food bank centres in central Chichester and Selsey where you can drop in and collect your food parcel. If you live in the north of the district we offer a delivery service. Location information and opening times can be found here.
Listening and directing you to helpful services.
People also get emotional support from our volunteers, who offer a friendly face and basic kindness. They have knowledge about a range of local support services and can refer you to support specific to your situation.
Connecting you with helpful organisations from our Chichester centre.
You can also be supported directly at our sessions in Chichester by a range of local organisations. Supporting You, Carers Support West Sussex, the Samaritans and CAP are regular visitors.
