UKHarvest Community Grub Clubs

Chichester District Foodbank partners with UKHarvest to bring Community Grub Clubs to our Chichester food bank centre, helping more people access fresh, nutritious food while reducing food waste.

Grub Clubs will be held monthly, with the first two taking place on Thursday 30 July and Thursday 27 August

The sessions will be held at our Chichester food bank centre:

Chichester District Foodbank
Unit 10, Chichester Trade Centre
Quarry Lane
Chichester
PO19 8ET

The Grub Club is open to everyone. Simply bring a shopping bag and, if you’re able, make a suggested donation of £5 to help UKHarvest run more Grub Clubs across the community. No referral or means testing is required, and no one will be turned away.

Visitors can expect a wide variety of quality surplus food, including fresh fruit and vegetables, bread and baked goods, dairy products, proteins and much more, with the selection changing each month depending on what has been rescued.

The friendly team from Chichester District Council's Supporting You service will also be there to offer free, confidential support. Whether you'd like help to maximise your income, find debt advice, explore employment opportunities, or access health and wellbeing support, they're there to listen and help.

Whether you’re looking to stretch your household budget, reduce food waste, access fresh food or get support, please do come along!
