Our Beyond Food: Stronger Futures programme provides workshops and group sessions where you can develop new skills, improve your wellbeing, connect with others and access local support.
Whether you want guidance, want to try something new, share your experiences, or just meet people in a friendly, welcoming environment, there’s a group waiting for you.
All sessions are completely free of charge, and everyone is welcome.
Stand Stronger Together – weekly food, support & wellbeing hub in Chichester
Join our weekly group for a nutritious shared meal, friendly support and the chance to connect with others.

| 25 August | Sewing and repair techniques: hands-on experience with basic sewing and repair skills for clothing and other textiles. Led by Mog from Rumboldswhyke WI |
| 1 Sept | LEAP: Find out about free home visits to provide energy saving advice, check energy bills, supply simple energy saving measures and help with debt and other money issues. |
| 8 Sept | AGEUK: find out about friendship services and local community support, either for yourself or others |
| 15 Sept | Saltwater Creations: transform discarded items found on local Chichester beaches into unique art in this fun sessions with Jules from Saltwater Creations. No artistic skills needed! |
| 22 Sept | Community Warden Jimmy Upton will join us to talk about community safety and local support |
| 29 Sept | Chichester Wellbeing: food and mood session with advice for healthy eating and its impact on mood, offering practical suggestions for lifestyle changes |
No booking needed - just drop in.
One Step at a Time - weekly walking for wellbeing group in Petworth
Get out, meet others and enjoy a gentle weekly walk with Chichester District Foodbank and Chichester District Council's Social Prescribers. Families, individuals and well-behaved dogs are very welcome. Followed by complimentary tea and biscuits afterwards.
