Our Beyond Food: Stronger Futures programme provides free workshops and group sessions where you can develop new skills, improve your wellbeing, connect with others, and access local support.

Whether you want guidance, want to try something new, share your experiences, or just meet people in a friendly, welcoming environment, there’s a group waiting for you.

 

Stand Stronger Together – weekly peer support group

Join our friendly group for a hot drink, a chat and activities. Light meal provided each week. 

Every Tuesday, 11:30am to 1:00pm at Chichester District Foodbank, Unit 10, Chichester Trade Centre, Quarry Lane, PO19 8ET.

Tea, Toast, Talk – Friday morning drop-in group with local support groups

Pop in for a warm drink, some toast, and a relaxed chat at our friendly Friday morning drop-in. Each week a different local organisation will be on hand to answer questions and support you with everyday challenges.

Singing for Wellbeing – Friday morning singing group

Join our friendly Singing for Wellbeing group 'Hope in Harmony' and enjoy singing simple, uplifting songs to boost your mood and support your wellbeing. No singing experience needed. Sessions are led by local singing for health specialist Ruth Routledge, who creates a warm, welcoming and inclusive space for everyone.
