We’re excited to announce that we’re launching a new Singing for Wellbeing group at Chichester District Foodbank, starting on Friday 27 March.
These sessions are relaxed, friendly and open to everyone. There’s no need for any singing experience or confidence – just come along and enjoy singing simple, uplifting songs in a supportive group. The aim is to have fun, lift your mood and support both physical and mental wellbeing.
Sessions are led by local singing for health specialist Ruth Routledge, who creates a welcoming and inclusive space for all.
The group will initally run on the following dates, from 11.30am – 12.30pm.
- Fri 27 March
- Thurs 2 April (no group on Good Friday)
- Fri 10 April
- Fri 17 April
- Fri 24 April
- Fri 1 May
- Fri 8 May
- Fri 15 May
