Christmas closures and new year opening hours

Chichester District Foodbank is now closed for Christmas and will reopen on Thursday, 2 January 2025. Here’s the post-Christmas schedule for our food bank centres:

• Chichester: first in-person session is on Friday, 3 January, 4–6 pm at 21 Orchard St. PO19 1DD.
• Midhurst & Petworth: deliveries resume on Thursday, 2 January.
• Selsey: first in-person collection is on Friday, 3 January, 10 am–12 pm at Selsey Methodist Church.

To obtain a voucher for an emergency food parcel while we are closed, which can be redeemed when we reopen, please call one of our referral partners. You can find a list here. Please check their individual websites or social media for Christmas opening hours.

  Mon 30 Dec – Bognor drop-in 10-4pm
  Tue 31 Dec – Bognor drop-in 10-4pm

Food donations: Our warehouse at Unit 10, Quarry Lane, PO19 8ET will reopen for food donation drop-offs on Thursday, 2 January 2025, at 8:30 am.

While we are closed, please refer to our map of donation points across Chichester District. These locations may have limited hours during the Christmas period, so we recommend checking their opening hours before dropping off food.

Our office reopens on Thursday, 2 January 2025.
