Introducing our new Operations Coordinator: Emily Seex

We are delighted to introduce the newest member of our team, Emily Seex, who joined us at the beginning of June as our Operations Coordinator for the North District, specifically looking after Petworth and Midhurst. Emily brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to supporting our community.

A little about Emily

Emily is a single mum to a 7-year-old, giving her first-hand experience of the challenges many of our clients face. She understands the complexities of balancing a tight budget, finding reliable childcare, and navigating the intricacies of Universal Credit. Her personal experience fuels her passion for helping others in similar situations.

Emily’s professional background is both varied and impressive. She was part of the senior management team at Nuffield Health Hospital in Chichester, where she was responsible for overseeing sales and customer service functions. Her leadership skills and dedication to improving customer experiences were key components of her role.

In addition to her work in the health sector, Emily has valuable experience in local government. She served a term as a District Councillor in Arun, where she chaired the Littlehampton Regeneration Committee. This role provided her with insights into community needs and the workings of local government. It also led her to believe that she could make a more significant impact outside the confines of local government.

Joining our team

Emily’s role as Operations Coordinator will see her working part-time over five days, focusing on the areas of Petworth and Midhurst. Her diverse background and personal experiences make her a valuable addition to our team, and we are excited to see the positive impact she will have on our operations and the community we serve.
