Holiday kids lunch pack collections from this week

If you registered for a holiday kids lunch pack then collections and deliveries start from this week. Your collection date and time was booked when you registered your voucher online.

How do I collect my holiday kids lunch pack?

Simply turn up to your chosen collection point (see dates and times below) and show your voucher number for each child registered.

Don’t worry if you are unable to attend yourself. A friend or family member can pick up your lunch pack(s) on your behalf if they have your voucher number(s).

If you live in the north of the district, in Midhurst or Petworth, your holiday lunch pack will be delivered this week or next week. Delivery dates are also listed below.

When are the collection dates and opening times?

Monday 20th March (8am – 12pm) – Chichester, Swanfield Chapel

Tuesday 21st March (8am-12pm) – Southbourne

Wednesday 22nd March (8.30am -10:30am) Donnington

Wednesday 22nd March (2pm – 4pm) – East Witterings

Thursday 23rd March (8.30am – 11am) – Tangmere

Friday 24th March (8am – 12pm) – Chichester Baptist Church, Parklands

Friday 24th March (1.30pm – 4.00pm) Chichester Baptist Church, Parklands

Friday 24th March (9.30am – 12pm) – Selsey

Friday 31st March (9.30am-12am) – Selsey

Chichester – Chichester Baptist Church, 124 Sherborne Rd, Chichester, PO19 3AW.

Chichester – Swanfield Chapel, Swanfield Drive, Chichester, PO19 6TD.

Donnington – St George’s Church Hall Selsey Road, Donnington, PO20 7PN.

East Wittering – The United Reformed Church, 2 Oakfield Avenue, East Wittering, PO20 8BU.

Selsey – The Methodist Church, 50 High Street, Selsey, PO20 0RD.

Southbourne – St John’s Church, Main Road/Stein Road (A259), Southbourne, West Sussex, PO10 8LB.

When do deliveries take place in the north of the district?

Midhurst deliveries will take place during the week starting Monday 20 March. Petworth deliveries will take place the following week starting Monday 27 March 2023.
