The Help through Hardship helpline is a free phone service, run with Citizens Advice, that can help if you’re worried about money. Advisers will look at your situation and make sure you’re getting all the support available, such as: checking your benefits, suggesting extra help or grants you could apply for, and offering advice on things like energy bills. They can also help you access emergency support if you’re struggling to afford essentials, and connect you with mental wellbeing support through Mind’s Infoline.
