Volunteers needed for upcoming events

We’re excited to announce several upcoming events where we need your help. We are seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with our efforts, engage with the community, and promote our cause.

 

Mount Noddy (RSPCA) event stand

Saturday 14 September

10am – 4pm

Volunteer shifts Available:

Morning shift: 10am – 1pm
Afternoon shift: 1pm – 4pm

 

Waitrose Store, Chichester, collection

Wednesday 18 September and Thursday 19 September

Volunteer shifts available:

10:00am – 11:30am
11:30am – 1:00pm
1:00pm – 2:30pm
2:30pm – 4:00pm

 

The Lady Mayor’s Regency Ball

Saturday 5 October

Volunteer shifts available:

• 6:00pm – 10:00pm

 

Tesco Christmas Store, Chichester, collection

Thursday 28 November; Friday 29 November and Saturday 30 November

Volunteer shifts available:

9:00am – 10:30am
10:30am – 12:00pm
12:00pm – 1:30pm
1:30pm – 3:00pm
3:00pm – 4:30pm

 

Your role as a volunteer

• Welcome and engage with visitors and shoppers
• Provide information about Chichester District Foodbank and our mission
• Encourage donations of food and funds
• Assist with managing the donation collection point and event activities
